The story

My first UX project gave me a gift: a complex multi-platform application to redesign, and a team of six, and a deadline that didn't move. We delivered — and I learned that good process produces good design even under pressure.

20 years later I'm still finding intelligent design solutions for each problem — the kind that actually make a product or service better, not just prettier. I've worked across healthcare, media, enterprise, government, and finance, always in high-stakes environments where design decisions carry real weight.
